We are committed to processing and shipping orders securely and efficiently to ensure your luggage arrives safely and in perfect condition, no matter where you are in the world. All orders are inspected and prepared carefully after payment confirmation to verify product condition, completeness (including all luggage components, wheels, handles, zippers, and original packaging), and quality before shipment. Processing typically occurs within 2-4 business days, with slight delays possible during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, especially for large or heavy luggage pieces.
We partner with reliable shipping carriers specializing in large and bulky items to deliver orders worldwide. Given the size and weight of luggage, we use industry-leading protective packaging: each piece of luggage is wrapped in heavy-duty bubble wrap and thick cardboard, with additional padding around wheels, handles, and zippers to prevent scratches, dents, or damage during transit. Our packaging is designed to protect the luggage’s surface, structure, and components, ensuring your luggage arrives in the same pristine condition as it left our warehouse, with no missing parts or damage.
Delivery times are provided as estimates and are not guaranteed, as delays may result from weather disruptions, transportation limitations, customs inspections, or high-volume shipping periods. We recommend placing orders in advance if you need the luggage for a specific trip or travel date, to account for potential delays. Upon receipt, we advise inspecting the packaging for damage before signing for delivery—if the package is severely damaged, crushed, or wet, please note it with the carrier. Unbox the luggage carefully and check all components immediately to ensure nothing is missing or damaged.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Standard and expedited shipping options are available, with clear pricing displayed before payment. Heavier and larger luggage pieces may incur higher shipping fees due to their size and weight, which are clearly communicated at checkout. All shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been shipped. Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete shipping information, including full name, address, postal code, and any delivery instructions (e.g., delivery to a secure location, signature required). Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to delayed delivery, failed delivery attempts, or additional fees, for which the customer will be responsible.
